PRODUCT FEATURES:
1. Fast drying time
The drying time of each batch is about 2.5 hours. According to TSH-in-30kwx2 model, the daily output can reach about 6.5 tons under normal conditions.
2.Strong evaporation capacity
The evaporation capacity of the drying room can reach more than 220kg/h.
3.Low energy consumption
Due to tha reasonable structure, good thermal insulation and original air duct device are adopted, motor variable frequency speed regulation, steam auto-control proportional regulation, energy and thermal energy consumption reach the maximum optimization, and the drying cost of the bobbin is reduced to the maximum extent.
4.High degree of automatic control and accurate temperature control
This machine is controlled by computer program and has manual control at the same time. The computer program has 20 sets of A and B modes, which can be used for different yams and different processes. It can automatically control temperature, air volume and air pressure according to the set program. At the same time, it is equipped with sound alarm and emergency shutdown control to be controllable and optional.
5.Clean air filtration, easy dust removal
The machine adopts multiple filters to ensure that the air cleanliness entering the drying room meets the predetermined requirements, to prevent dust and garments from contaminating the bobbin yarn, and to ensure that the air cleanliness index of the drying room fully meets the standard.
