Performance Introduction
The industrial ironing machine is based on the principle of heat-exchanging, adopting the method of rotating drum pressure steam. Heating the surface of rotating drum, the fabric is heated gradually by the rotating drum surface, thus which can be dried and ironed.
As per the different requirements of fabric and fabric's thickness, adopting transducer stepless speed-adjusting, and choosing the suitable ironing speed.


Structure Introduction for Industrial Ironing Machine

1. The machine is horizontal case type on both sides structure, the rotating drum is

made of high-quality stainless steel plate, it has the good features which are quick heat-conveying, flat and smooth ironing, no contaminating or damaging the fabric.

1. The driving, steam inlet and draining system are located inside of both cases. The machine has the beautiful appearance, close structure, and small volume.
2. The machine is safe and reliable, The limited position organization is installed at the feeding area, which avoids hands from touching the hand-protecting board when transmission, thus when the hand touches the board, the machine will stop immediately, which can ensure the operators' safety.
3. The corresponding speed difference is setup between every layer of conveying system, which makes the fabric tightened and smooth more easily.
4. The transmission system is driven by the motor to decelerator, then driving the rotating drum through the chain belt transmission. It has strong overload capacity, It has a certain buffer and vibration-reducing performance. There are loose-tight setting between every chain belt to adjust the machine's looseness or tightness conveniently.
5. The machine is transmitted by wide belt and separated by isolated ring, which can avoid the belt's movement during the transmission. At the same time, the machine is connected by mini fibulae, so it is convenient for the installation, dismantlement and replacement.
6. The safety valve is installed at the steam inlet. It has adjusted before outgoing the factory, It needn't adjusting again generally when in a normal working condition. The users must send the machine to related institute for inspection every year.
7. The machine is separated with the temperature proof thin directing belt between every conveying layer, thus the fabric can't be adhesive together, so the fabric with slurry can be ironed very well.
