Machine Advantages:
1, perfect tensionless Aften adjusting the feeding advice, the fabric can passed between the upper blower and lower net shaped converyers, and beater by the forced hot air jet. Thus fabric is treated without applying tension to either its length or width.
2, Pre-shrinking process Hot air provides a dynamic pulsing effect on the fabric. This causes the fabric to travel in a sinusoidal wave patern which releases tension in the fibre to realige preshrinkage.
3, Nozzle System The upper and lower rows of nozzle are offset to each other so that the fabric travels in a tension-free wave patern to release stress in the fibre.The results in excellent shirnkage in both the longitudinal and transverse directions of the fabric.
