The boiler model is WNS 10-1.25-Y (Q), is an automatic horizontal internal combustion three return fuel (gas) fast loading boiler, using wet back structure, furnace tank is the first return, by threaded smoke pipe constitute the second and third return. The boiler is equipped with perfect automatic control device and safety protection device; circulating water pressure control, overpressure and overtemperature alarm, high and low water level alarm and low water level interlock protection device; boiler automatic ignition, burner fire automatic regulation and extinguishing protection, to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
The fuel for the product is light oil or natural gas. The fuel is ejected from the burner, ignited by the electronic ignition rod, and burned with micropositive pressure in the furnace tank. The high temperature smoke turns 180° from the recombustion chamber into the second return journey through the front smoke tank, then 180° at the front smoke box into the third return trip, and finally discharged into the atmosphere from the chimney through the rear smoke tank through the energy burner.
