A rapier weft detector te500 for rapier looms outputs a current signal whose current is proportional to the number of weft yarns in synchronous motion.
The sensitivity of the detector is selected by the analog signal input from the woven control board.

The weft detector mainly detects the weft yarn by photoelectric sensor. It works as follows:
1. Light source: The weft detector usually uses high brightness LED lamp as light source to provide sufficient light intensity.
2, photoelectric sensor: photoelectric sensor is mainly used to receive the optical signal reflected back by the detected object. In the weft detector, the sensor receives and detects light from the weft thread.
3, signal processing: the optical signal received by the photoelectric sensor will be converted into a digital signal after signal amplification, filtering and other processing, and then sent to the control system for analysis and processing.
