Product Description

It is a temporary storage device for the weft yarn removed from the bobbin before it is introduced into the shed, used in rapier and projectile looms. It is usually composed of motor, yarn storage drum, winding disc, yarn storage detector, damping ring, tensioner, yarn arrangement mechanism, etc
The temporary weft yarns are neatly wound on the surface of the smooth cylinder or the cone with a small cone Angle, which creates a good condition for high-speed unwinding of the weft yarns and makes the unwinding weft yarns obtain a more uniform tension. The motor drives the yarn storage drum to rotate and wind the yarn is called the moving drum. The yarn storage drum with large moment of inertia is used as the yarn rotation component with frequent opening and braking, which is unfavorable to the high speed. On the contrary, the motor drives the light weight winding yarn and the way of winding yarn on the surface of the fixed yarn storage drum is called fixed drum type, which is conducive to high speed and the development direction of the weft storage device. By adjusting the position of the photoelectric yarn storage detector, the yarn storage on the yarn storage drum can be maintained in a reasonable range, and the yarn arrangement mechanism can make the yarns on the yarn storage drum evenly and neatly arranged. During filling insertion, the rapier or piece shuttle overcomes the resistance generated by the damping ring to pull the weft from the drum, and the tension of the weft is controlled by the tensioner. The winding speed of the weft store can be manually adjusted or automatically tracked by the control circuit, so that the winding parts can continue to turn at a lower speed and the bobbin can be unwound continuously.
